About the Author
Princess Diana Storyteller

I am thrilled to be publishing my first book with Indigo Sea Press - Diana,  A Spencer in Love, A Novel.  Thanks to Mike Simpson and the whole ISP team in supporting me as a first-time author.

I have been a lifelong lover of words.  My first job was shelving books in our local library at age twelve and I've been in love with the written word ever since.

I am also an unabashed British royalist.  I've been fascinated with the English monarchy for decades - from the early days of the War of the Roses, through the Tudor era, the trials and triumphs of England during World War II, and the current royal House of Windsor.

Like many of you, I felt an instant affinity to Lady Diana Spencer when she burst on the scene in 1980.  At that time, I was a young bride of 20 myself and was spellbound watching this teenage bride find and marry her royal Prince.  I followed HRH Princess Diana throughout her entire life with all her ups and downs and admired her through it all.

I decided to write the book I always wanted to read myself - the thoughts and feelings of this young Princess during her extraordinary entrance into royal life.

Diana,  A Spencer in Love is the first book in my Diana fiction trilogy.  Watch for the next two volumes in the series:
  • Diana, A Spencer in Turmoil
  • Diana, A Spencer Forever

I have worked as a global Instructional Designer as my "day job" for many years and have loved the opportunity to be creative and write for managers and technical leaders around the world.

I have an amazing family - my son Andy and his wife Lia, and my daughter Robin, her husband Jervis and my first grandchild - baby Eva!  I live in Toronto, Canada.

I feel lucky to have wonderful friends and family around me as I embark on this new journey as an author.  Thanks to all of you for your support!
